PARMESAN RANCH CORN

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups frozen corn (you could also use fresh corn and cut it off the cob, but this was just easier for me).
  • 2 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the corn according to package.
  2. Pour the cooked corn into a bowl, and add the butter, stirring it in until fully melted.
