BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 bananas (if they are large, 1 might be enough)
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
  2. Mash bananas and mix well with the oats. You could also put the oats and banana in a food processor and let it do the "work" for you.
  3. Add the chocolate chips in - adjust the amount to your personal liking! For me, 3 tbsp are the perfect amount of chocolate.

Banana Oatmeal Muffins {Blender Recipe}

With no flour, no butter, and no oil, these banana oatmeal muffins with chocolate chips are made in the blender and are moist, healthy, and delicious!

Ingredients
  •  2 cups oats — quick cooking or old fashioned
  •  2 large very ripe bananas
  •  2 large eggs
  •  1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  •  2 to 3 tablespoons honey*
  •  1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder — I prefer aluminum free
  •  1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  •  1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  •  1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  •  Up to 1/2 cup mix-ins: chocolate chips — mini or regular, chopped dark chocolate, nuts, dried cranberries, or blueberries (fresh or frozen and rinsed)

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 12-cup standard muffin tin or line with paper liners. If using liners, lightly grease them as well. Set aside.
