Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Bites

Ingredients

  • 9 strips Wright Brand Bacon
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing (either package or homemade)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° degrees.
  2. Line baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cut slices of Wright Brand Bacon in 1/2.
  4. Form stuffing into balls, approximately golf ball size.
  5. Place stuffing ball onto center of bacon piece. Wrap bacon around ball bringing both sides together and securing with a toothpick.

BROWN SUGAR BACON ROASTED SWEET POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1″ cubes
  • 5 strips of bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar + more for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Peel your sweet potatoes.
  2. In large bowl add your sweet potatoes and olive oil and toss to coat. 
  3. Add in your bacon and brown sugar and again toss to coat and distribute your bacon.

Bacon Bourbon Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 bacon strips
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the uncooked bacon into a food processor (affiliate link) and process for about 1 minute or until bacon is finely ground up. Add in the onion and process until onion is finely chopped and mixed in.
  2. Spoon bacon and onion mixture into large bowl. Add ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, chili powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Scoop out the meat mixture and roll into balls using your palms, should make about 24 1 inch meatballs.
